About the Piece
This piece is the Palm Sunday painting which is part of the "Waymaker Collection." The piece is the portrayal of Jesus Christ riding into Jerusalem on the foal of a donkey.
"Say to the daughter of Zion, 'Behold, your King is coming to you, humble, and mounted on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden." -Matthew 21:5
